Last day of Preschool

Thursday was Ty’s last day of his first year of preschool.  It seems like just yesterday I was dropping him off for his first day of preschool last fall.  It’s amazing how much he has learned in just these last few months.  He can count to 100, write his name (although not all in a line), and knows the days of the week!  I wonder how much he’ll learn next year!

They had a cute little program at his school on Thursday that we all went to.  There were a few times where I got all choked up, but it wasn’t until we got home and I looked through the adorable little books the teachers had made for each of the kids of various projects and fun things they did throughout the year that I lost it.  I know he still has another year of preschool before he starts Kindegarten, but it’s just such a bittersweet thing to see these little munchkins grow up.

Now, onto a few pics:

The program of songs:

Coming out of the classroom, very proud boy

All the munchkins, they are SO cute!

Even Bailey was awake (and a bit cross-eyed) for the songs

Reciting the Pledge of Allegiance

Their last song was about these Little Red Boxes they had made, it was adorable.

Thanks for looking!
