So Thankful!

We had a won­der­ful Thanks­giv­ing this year.  We are so lucky to have such awe­some fam­ily and friends to spend the hol­i­day with.  It was fun hav­ing another “first hol­i­day” for Bai­ley too, we’re run­ning out of them all too quickly.  This year we spent with my Dad and step-mom and my sis­ter hosted at her new, first house!  She did a fab­u­lous job and the food was all so yummy!

We attempted to get a cou­ple of fam­ily pho­tos with my tri­pod set up and I man­aged to quickly teach my dad how to use my cam­era, he did great!  Now, these are not the smi­ley, per­fect fam­ily por­trait that I had hoped for, but oh well, you take what you can get, right?  They make me smile and really show our family’s per­son­al­ity

It was an excit­ing day for B, we man­aged to get a bow to stay in her hair!  Woooo!

I ♥ Faces — The boys’s turn!

The theme this week over at I ♥ Faces is Let’s hear it for the boys!  This is SO per­fect for this week since it’s Father’s day today.  I knew exactly which pic­ture I was going to use as soon as I saw the theme.  I just LOVE this photo of Tony and Tyson.  We are SO blessed to have this man as a Daddy in our house.  For those of you that don’t know, he is a stay at home dad (I don’t know how he does it) and he is one of the best dad­dies out there.  While he’s wrapped around Miss Bailey’s lit­tle fin­ger, he and his best buddy Tyson have one of the great­est Father/Son bonds there can be.

Our Little Angel

We had a CRAZY busy week­end this past week­end.  Sat­ur­day we had Bailey’s bap­tism.  We had it at the same church where Amy and Scott had been mar­ried 2 weeks prior, also where Tony and I were mar­ried, and where Tyson was bap­tized too.  So, this church has a LOT of his­tory in Tony’s fam­ily and we were really happy that we were able to have Bai­ley bap­tized there as well.

My mom was kind enough to get her her gor­geous bap­tism dress. I know it’s not the most tra­di­tional kind, but if you know me, you’ll see it’s more my style.  It was just gor­geous on her and I hope we can find another occa­sion for her to wear it again.
